Manes & Danes, Inc. is a non-profit organization.  We rely heavily on the charitable contributions of our supporters.  The assistance we receive from you allows us to continue in our efforts to provide medical attention and secure loving homes for these magnificent gentle giants.  On this page, we will keep a list our most wanted items.  If you would like to make a donation, please  contact us regarding drop off or pick up of your items.

Most Wanted
                           
  • Blankets and Comforters   Rather than throwing out your used blankets, why not make a donation.  We can always use more blankets for sleeping areas, crates, and transport of our Danes.
  • Pre-Paid Gas Cards  Transportation to bring a Dane into rescue often covers several hundred miles.  All contributions to help with transport are greatly appreciated.
  • Large Breed Dog Food  With large breed rescue comes large food costs.  Our foster families provide the resources for Danes in their care.  Help with these expenses are always welcomed.
  • Extra Large Crates  For keeping the little fellows out of trouble while foster families are away from home.  (Even Great Dane foster moms like to go out to dinner occasionally).
  • Retail Gift Cards  From PetSmart, Staples, etc... These will aid in purchasing miscellaneous supplies like leashes, collars, shampoo, industrial cleaners, office supplies, etc.
  • Extra Large Dog Beds  Extra large beds for comfort in sleeping areas.  (And so our foster families can have their sofas back).
  • Financial Contribution  Your financial gifts will help provide urgent medical care as well as routine maintenance care for the Danes in our program.  (A convenient PayPal link will be available soon).
